Nahuel Molina was banned for seven matches and fined $90,000, while Argentina team official Roberto Ayala received a three-match ban and a $30,000 fine.
Thiago Almada and Pablo Martín Páez Gavira were each suspended for one match and fined $30,000.
The incident happened after Spain defeated Argentina 1-0 in the final. A major confrontation broke out between players and officials after the final whistle.
FIFA also fined the Argentine Football Association $321,000 over several violations during the match, including team misconduct, discrimination, racist abuse and security-related offences.
The governing body said some Argentina supporters were responsible for “discriminatory chants and gestures”.
Argentina will also have to play its next two home matches with only 50 per cent of the stadium capacity available.
FIFA said all those involved were informed of the decisions on Friday and have 10 days to request a detailed explanation of the rulings.
