On-air personality Mayowa Lambe sent a legal notice to her ex-husband, Robert Ekpenyong Ekpo (Roby Ekpo).
She wants him to retract his comments from a podcast, say sorry publicly, and pay her N100 million in damages.

The notice, dated April 22, comes from lawyers at Aunt Landa’s Bethel Foundation. It says Ekpo must:
Stop repeating the bad claims.
Delete all related posts online.
Post a full public apology on the same places.
Pay N100 million.
If he doesn’t do this in 3 days, she will sue for more money and stop him legally. It also warns others not to share the claims.
This started after Ekpo spoke on The Honest Bunch podcast about their failed marriage. They married in 2015 after meeting on Instagram. He said she cheated, lied, hid birth control, and caused money problems. He claimed he thought he couldn’t have kids, but she was on pills. He also said she lied about a Miami trip for surgery to help conceive (it was for BBL). They lived apart since 2021, and he saw videos of her remarrying in Texas.
Ekpo said: “After 11 years, I saw her marrying another man on Instagram. I sent her money for years, even flowers, but she was cold.”
Lambe’s lawyers say their traditional marriage ended in 2025 with family agreement. No marriage existed after that. They call Ekpo’s words lies to hurt her reputation, cause trolling, and gain sympathy. She has proof like money records, medical papers, and messages that show her side.
The fight has split opinions on social media.
