A man named Amechi Michael is suing British Airways in a court in Abuja, Nigeria.
He says the airline lost his carry-on bag.

The court will continue the case on July 2.
Mr. Michael explained that he told the airline’s customer service about the lost bag. They told him to contact a group in the UK that helps solve disputes.
That group said he was right about a flight delay, but they did not solve the problem of the lost bag.
He was not happy with that decision. So he took the case to the Federal High Court in Abuja.
He says British Airways did not take good care of his bag, and their staff were careless.
The judge agreed to hear more from both sides on July 2.
