Legal expert Olalekan Ojo has stated that Nigerian singer Naira Marley, also known as Azeez Fashola, and Samson Balogun, known as Sam Larry, cannot be convicted in connection with the death of their former signee, Ilerioluwa Aloba, who used the stage name Mohbad.
The allegations of bullying do not hold, according to Ojo, who is Naira Marley’s attorney.

In a recent interview with media personality Daddy Freeze, Ojo clarified that there is no basis for charging Naira Marley or Sam Larry in connection with Mohbad’s death, despite statements from the Lagos Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, implicating them in bullying and assaulting Mohbad during his lifetime.
Mohbad’s passing on September 12 has been shrouded in controversy, leading to a police investigation.
The Lagos police conducted an autopsy on the late singer’s remains, but the results have not yet been disclosed.
Ojo emphasized, “If anyone checks very well, they will not be able to find any evidence to back up claims that Naira Marley bullied Mohbad.
As for Naira Marley, I believe very strongly that no matter how hard you look, you will not find a single incident where Naira Marley bullied him.”
Regarding Sam Larry, the lawyer defended him, stating that the online video showing an attack on Mohbad during a music video shoot does not accurately represent the true circumstances.
