The Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) says Ukpo Nwamini David, the kidney donor in the trial of Ike Ekweremadu, former deputy senate president, is actually 21 years old — not 15.
Amos Okpu, the NIS spokesperson, disclosed this in a statement released on Sunday after an interaction with journalists.

Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice were both arrested by UK police last week, allegedly of human trafficking and organ harvesting.
