Popular Nigerian internet personality and crossdresser, Okuneye Idris, better known as Bobrisky, has announced that he is now a woman.
Bobrisky made this known on Instagram, saying he has completed gender reassignment surgery and now fully identifies as female.

He said, “It’s time you all accept that Bob is now a woman. I’ve done everything, congratulations to me. I can now enjoy life like every other woman. I’m proud of myself.”
He also shared that he now goes by the name Afolashade, and made it clear that no criticism will stop him from living how he wants.
“Even a billion trolls can’t stop me. Afolashade Amope, you won,” he added, showing confidence despite criticism.
In his post, Bobrisky responded to common questions people ask him.
“If you want to ask if I have a womb, no, I don’t. But I enjoy how married men spend a lot of money on me without worrying about getting me pregnant and ruining their homes,” he said.
“I’m here to protect marriages.”
He ended his message by telling both fans and critics to accept his new identity and name.
