The Supreme Court of Nigeria will listen to a case on Tuesday.
The case is about who is the true leader of a political party called the ADC.

A former Senate President, David Mark, is asking the court to stop a lower court’s decision. That decision had given an advantage to his rival, Nafiu Bala.
Mark wants the court to tell the election commission (INEC) not to change the party’s current leadership. He is the head of that leadership.
The ADC party has been fighting for a long time. Two different groups each say they are the real leaders.
The problem got worse when INEC removed David Mark’s name from its official records as the party’s chairman.
Because of this, Mark and his supporters protested. Important politicians joined his protest. They included a former Vice President (Atiku Abubakar), former governors (Rauf Aregbesola, Peter Obi, Rotimi Amaechi), and other opposition leaders.
But the other group, led by Nafiu Bala, also protested. They asked INEC to recognize them as the real leaders instead.
Now, the Supreme Court will try to settle the fight once and for all.
