Iran’s military has warned that it could target Israeli embassies around the world if Israel attacks Iran’s diplomatic mission in Lebanon.
Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi, speaking on television, said that any attack on Iran’s embassy in Beirut would make all Israeli embassies legitimate targets.

He accused Israel of ignoring international rules but said Iran has held back because it respects diplomatic relations.
Shekarchi added that Iran has no conflicts with any country except Israel and the United States.
“If the Zionist regime commits such an act of aggression, we will undoubtedly take reciprocal action,” he said.
He also said Iran is determined to confront both Israel and its main ally, the U.S., and will not back down.
The warning came after Avichay Adraee, Israel’s military spokesman in Arabic, told Iranian representatives in Lebanon to leave within 24 hours or face targeting.
The exchange of threats is part of rising tensions between Iran, Israel, and the U.S. over the region.
