Tommy Hilfiger Snaps up $9 Million New Build in Palm Beach, Florida

Fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo, are the latest in a host of big names to add new digs in Palm Beach, Florida, to their real estate portfolio, having spent $9 million on a freshly built beach spread.

The home in South Florida’s high-end waterfront enclave changed hands earlier this month, with the Hilfigers using the same limited liability company for the purchase that they have used for property transactions in the Sunshine State in the past, property records show.

Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean, Lake Worth Lagoon and the tony Palm Beach Country Club, the property spans almost 2,400 square feet.

Eggshell blue shutters adorn the facade of the two-story spread that’s touted as a “perfect modern masterpiece,” according to the listing with Toni Hollis and Gloria Moré of Waterfront Properties and Club Communities.

The brokerage did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

It has three bedrooms—with the option of turning an upstairs great room into a fourth—a contemporary gourmet kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a neutral decor and a lush backyard with a pool and a loggia.

The couple have reportedly bought the house to use while renovating a much larger estate they are buying nearby, according to The Palm Beach Daily News, which first reported the sale.

In 2018, the Hilfigers sold their beachfront Mediterranean estate in Palm Beach for a sizable $35 million, Mansion Global reported at the time.

And earlier this year the pair parted with their Greenwich, Connecticut mansion for $45 million.

Still in their ownership is an eccentrically decorated mansion in Golden Beach, Florida—complete with scratch-and-sniff wallpaper—that has been featured in
